Sweet potato tip: want a quick way to cook yams without the ridiculous hassle of cutting them? Stick the whole potato, skin and all, In the microwave for 6-7 mins. Should be ready when you can pierce with a fork without struggle ! Then cut in half, scoop out the goods and voila :)

Finally got a computer that works ! Hello more tumblr loveinnnn !
Hello to all my followers who didnt leave me over the summer ! haha
I just want to start off by saying im sorry I stopped posting over the summer. Things were getting crazy and I lost the motivation to post daily on tumblr. I wants paying to much attention to what I was eating and I did not go to the gym…. like… at all. BUT I did try and get some exercise throughout these two months by mountain biking, wake boarding and walking :)
Unfortunately I am now 138 instead of 134. But I could honestly care less at this moment. Its a new month, a new year and a new beginning.
Tomorrow is my first day of college. I moved out of my home and now sharing a house with 5 strangers. As over whelming as it seems its going to be a lot of fun. I plan on sticking to my healthy eating habits and attending the gym on campus (Which is only 30$ for the semester! Woo!)
I am hoping to post lots of budget safe recipes and snacks on the go !
