Lean Apple Pie ( leansecrets)
Ingredients:
3 tbsp of almond flour
Chopped apples of choice
Splash of vanilla
2 packs of stevia
Lots and lots of Cinnamon :)
1 tsp of coconut oil
How to:
Chop apples and put into an oven safe bowl. Cover in stevia, vanilla and cinnamon making sure it’s distrusted evenly. Distribute coconut oil throughout the bowl. Sprinkle the almond flour ontop. And the remainder of the coconut oil.
Bake at 375 for about 15 or untill apples are baked and soft and the almond flour starts to brown.
