she’s an awesome inspiration!! She has worked really hard to get this body!! I have gained soo much respect for her recently :3
same! I used to dislike her, but in the past couple of months, I really look up to her! And not just because of how determined she is and serious about her body, but also because she’s becoming a good role model!

So many times…
- no carb diets
- liquid diets
- starving diets
- low calorie diets
- weight watchers
Failed all these attempts which resulted in bingeing crying and on rare occasion.. purging…( this was about a bit over a year ago, I haven’t thought that way in a long time FYI)
I think I failed because I would give up all the time, I was constantly waiting for results and it just wasn’t happening fast enough. I would get so frustrated over little things which would cause me to no longer be motivated.
Looking back at it now, I never realized how negative I was towards myself. Im so glad I was able to make myself better.
