April 22

Today I worked 7-3 then I come home and did the 30 Day Shred. Hopefully once my boyfriend gets back from mountain biking (which btw cant wait to try!) we can go grocery shopping then relax!

Heres my intake so far:

Breakfast
Protein Shake
= 300 cal

Snack
Apple
Almonds
+150

Lunch
Egg whites
1 slice of Toast
Fresh Veggies
1/2 grapefruit
=230

Snack
Protein Shake
= 225

For dinner I will probably have some steamed veggies w/ chicken! But I really wanna try making egg muffins so maybe i will have that with some veggies :)
