I blacked out last night…

So weird.. It was around 8:30pm and I was on my way home from my boyfriends house. His family was watching home videos so I had to stay a bit longer and see my man as a baby! So cute !!! Lol anyways I was standing watching and laughing for maybe 10 mins, then all of a sudden I got this sharp pain just under my ribs, then next thing I knew I was on the ground… I was freezing, shaky and white :( the rest of the night I had the same pain go off and on, along with a slight headache and a nauseas feeling. I havnt passed out since I gave blood a year ago :/

I try to workout everyday yes ! Sometimes I give my self one day off out of the week but usually I have the time to workout so I don’t see the need for a break. If I go to the gym, Im there for about an hour and a half. I don’t have the money to renew my member ship so I like to go for a 30- 40 min run and/ or do the 30 day shred:)

Intake for June 2nd

I worked a 13 hr shift yesterday so food wasn’t that great when it came to variety! lol

Breakfast

  • Shake
    -Frozen Fruit
    -0% Plain yogurt
    - 1 egg white
    - Fresh orange juice

Lunch

  • Salad
    - Mixed greens
    - Cucumber
    - Blue berries
    -  1 tsp of Fiber 1 cereal
    - Seeds

Dinner

  • Salad
    - Mixed Greens
    - Cucumber
    - Onion
    - Tomato
    - Balsamic Vinegar

Snacks

  • Apple
  • Yogurt w/ 2tbsp of granola and blueberries
  • Strawberries & blueberries

Total Calories : approx: 1,256

Hmmm, I think I lost about 2-3 lbs a week at first. But that only lasted a month. It then decreased the more weight I lost. I gets harder to loose weight the more you loose :) hope this helped !

June 1st

I didn’t workout today… And I ate like shit.
Yay !….

….

Anyways..

I went to the mall with my boyfriend today to get a dress for my cousins communion. We talked a lot during this mall trip and decided that tomorrow we start hardcore working out together and healthy eating ! He told me I shouldn’t feel ashamed about how I have been eating around prom and his birthday because they were special moments and we enjoyed them together and that’s all that matters. I agree with him completely ! Now that all the busyness is now all out of the way it’s time for another fresh start and to start a new challenge :) So me and my boyfriend went to Kelsey’s for dinner. We shared some calamari, I had a very yummy salad… Then we indulged in some amazingly good dessert… Apple pie. Mmmm. He had a deep fried mars bar, haha :) that was our “last supper”.

Now it’s time to get serious. Back to yummy healthy and feel good sweat time ! Can’t wait to finally meet you goal weight :)
