Here’s my intake for the day:
M1: bombshell spell & protein pancake topped with berries and a tsp of honey
M2: spinach salad with tomatoes, cucumber, avocado, kale and hemp seeds. Also had a side of pineapple
M4: green smoothie w/ coconut water, mango, banana spinach and kale
M5: green juice - spinach, kale, ginger, apple & cucumber
M6: dandelion root tea

For the next 7 days im doing a cleanse. Ive been going out drinking a lot lately and its time to get back in the swing of things. So here is my day one:
m1: 1/2 banana, 1/4 greek yogurt and 2 strawberries
m2: Green Juice
m3: Salad with kale, spinach 1/2 orange,hemp seeds and avacado
m4: green juice
m5: kale, spinach, zucchini, onion, cucumber and broccoli
m6: Dandelion root tea
Also did blogilates Bikini Blaster HIIT 3x and TIU Bikini Strap-workout 3x
Made a vegan lasagna today. Here is the recipe :)
The Lasagna:
Zucchini
Eggplant
Tomato Sauce
Spinach
Cheese:
1 cup soaked raw cashews
Minced Onion & Garlic
TB of Avacado
Salt and pepper
Water (till help blend)
* Blend till creamy*
- Preheat oven to 350
- Cut zucchini and eggplant in long slices and place in a baking dish sprayed with a non-stick cooking spray.
- Begin layering eggplant, zucchini, sauce, cheese and spinach
- Bake for 15-30mins
- Its ready when you can stick a fork through easily
